Privacy policy

What we collect

Account. Your email. If you set a password, we store a hash of it, not the password. If you sign in with Google, we also store the name, profile photo, locale, and Google account id that Google sends us.

Your place. Room photos you upload, the item cutouts we make from them, notes you add, and the spreadsheet and share page we build for you.

Payment. Stripe charges the household pack. We do not store your card number. We keep a record that you paid.

Site use. Which pages you open. We use PostHog for that, hosted in the United States. If you are signed in, we tie that activity to your account id and email. A cookie keeps you signed in.

How we use it

To run the pack: find items in your photos, make a cutout of each one, and build the spreadsheet and share page. To keep your account, take the payment, run the site, and stop abuse.

We do not sell your personal information or your photos.

Who else sees it

Stripe, to take the payment.

Google, only if you choose Google sign-in.

PostHog, for page analytics.

Hosting, database, and file-storage providers in the United States, so we can keep your account and photos.

Image-processing providers, so we can find items and make cutouts. They receive the room photos you upload, and only for that job.

Anyone you send a share link to sees the page you chose to publish.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, photos, and listings until you ask us to delete them, or until we no longer need them to provide the pack. Payment records can stay as long as tax and accounting rules require.

Your requests

Email hello@curblist.app to access, correct, or delete your account and photos. We will do that unless we have to keep a record for a legal reason.

Children

CurbList is not for children under 13. You must be 18 to buy the pack. The purchase terms are on the Terms page.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new date appears at the top of this page.
