Terms
Effective September 29, 2026. These terms are between you and CurbList, located in Delaware, USA. They cover curblist.app. Contact: hello@curblist.app.
The pack
CurbList turns photos of a room into listings. You upload the photos. We find items, cut each one out, and organize them.
One household pack covers one place. You get cutout photos of the items, a spreadsheet, and a page you can share with buyers. It is a one-time purchase, paid through Stripe. It is not a subscription, and there is nothing to cancel later.
The listings are drafts for you to check. Example prices on the site are examples. We do not promise that every object in a photo is found, or that anything sells.
Refunds
Email hello@curblist.app within 14 days of payment if you have not downloaded the spreadsheet or the final item photos. We will refund what you paid.
After you download those files, the sale is final. If we cannot deliver the pack, you get a refund.
Your account
You need an account to buy. Use a real email. You are responsible for activity under your login. You must be 18 or older.
Your photos
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. You must have the right to upload them, including anything and anyone visible in them.
You give CurbList permission to store and process those photos to produce your pack, including sending them to the providers named in the Privacy policy. That permission ends when we delete the photos.
If you publish a share page, anyone with the link can see what you put on it. CurbList is not affiliated with Facebook or Craigslist.
Acceptable use
Do not upload anything illegal. Do not break into the site, overload it, or use it to harm someone else. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
The site and the pack are provided as available. To the extent the law allows, CurbList is not liable for lost sales, moving costs, or what a buyer does, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us. Some places do not allow these limits. Where they do not, the limits apply only as far as the law allows.
If you upload something you had no right to upload, you are responsible for the claim that follows.
Law
Delaware, USA law governs these terms. A pack you already paid for stays under the terms in effect on the day you paid. If we change these terms, the new date appears at the top of this page.
